To post a video you find on youtube all you have to do is look below the the video for the button that says share. Once you click on it it will open up a link that says copy. Then in this forum there is a little icon that looks like this.

Click this icon below and past the link into the window that opens up and then press add and voila you have posted a video.

Get your video to start right on the exact drill you want. Some videos will have multiple drills you can link right to a specific drill by pausing the youtube video right where the drill starts. Follow the same procedure outlined above, but this time when you go to share there is a little button that says "start at" click this and the link you post into the forum will start right at that exact location.
